Esteban Quality Services LLC DBA UnitFlux (“we”, “us”, “our”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using UnitFlux, you agree to this Policy.

Account & Profile: name, email address, role (e.g., admin, landlord, tenant), and any profile details you add.
Content you upload: photos, videos, files, and text you submit (e.g., property photos, maintenance images, receipts, documents, messages).
Communications: messages and support requests you send us.
App usage & diagnostics: events, logs, crash data, performance metrics, feature usage.
Device & technical data: device model, OS version, app version, language, timezone, and approximate region (from IP).
Identifiers: installation ID, Firebase Instance ID, and similar app/device identifiers (not your phone number).
We do not collect biometric identifiers. We only access the camera or photo library when you choose to capture or upload media.
Payments & billing (if enabled): limited payment metadata via our payment processor (we do not store full card numbers).
AI processing (if enabled): when you opt in to features like OCR/extraction or text generation, the content you submit may be securely sent to trusted processors solely to provide that feature.
Financial connections (if enabled later): if you connect bank data through a third-party provider, the connection happens with that provider; we do not store your banking credentials.
Provide core App functionality (account management, role-based access for admins/landlords/tenants).
Process your uploads (e.g., camera photos for maintenance, receipts for expense tracking).
Improve reliability and performance (analytics, crash diagnostics).
Communicate with you (support, service notices, product updates).
Prevent fraud, abuse, or violations of our terms.
Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
We do not sell your personal data.
We share data only as needed to run UnitFlux:
Service providers (processors) for hosting, storage, analytics, notifications, AI/OCR, and payment processing.
Enterprise/workspace admins (if applicable) may see data for the properties/tenancies they manage, according to your role and permissions within the App.
Legal/Compliance when required by law, to protect rights, or to enforce policies.
Business transfers in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale (your data remains protected under this Policy or a successor that offers similar protection).
The App requests access to your camera and/or photos only when you choose to capture or upload media.
You can deny or revoke permission at any time in your device settings; some features will not function without it.
Media files you submit are used only for the related features (e.g., attaching to a maintenance request, documenting a unit, extracting text from a receipt).
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above or as required by law. You (or your workspace admin) can delete certain content in-app; otherwise we delete or anonymize data when it’s no longer needed.
Access / Update: view and edit your profile information in the App.
Delete: request deletion of your account or certain content by contacting support@unitflux.com.
Permissions: manage camera/photos/notifications in device settings.
Marketing: if we send non-transactional emails, you can opt out via unsubscribe links.
If you are in a region with specific privacy rights (e.g., EEA/UK, certain U.S. states), you may have additional rights such as portability or objection; contact us to exercise them.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards (e.g., TLS in transit, encryption at rest where supported, role-based access controls, audit logging). No method is 100% secure, but we continuously work to protect your data.
UnitFlux is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child provided data, contact us to delete it.
We may process data in countries other than where you live. When we transfer personal data across borders, we rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) where required.
We may use providers such as Google Firebase/Cloud (auth, database, storage, functions, analytics), payment processors (for in-app payments), notification services, and AI/OCR providers to deliver features you choose. These processors act on our instructions and implement security measures appropriate to their services.
We may update this Policy from time to time. We’ll post the new version here and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes will be communicated within the App or by email where appropriate.
